Getting Ripped Abs The Iron Gym Pull Up Bar For Fat Loss Plus Muscle Building At Home

Filed in: Uncategorized by aman on 12-23-09

Are you constantly looking for time to attempt to make it to the weight room but keep putting it off? There is no need to invest in a gym membership if you don’t need to when you can get a simple piece of home gym equipment known as the Iron Gym. I’ve spent a lot of time doing ripped abs reviews and trying things out on myself before I recommend them to clients. The pull up is one of my most recommended exercises for total upper body mass but until now it has been difficult to perform them at home unless you put in special equipment.

The Iron Gym is merely a pull up bar with special brackets so that you are able to place it up on a door molding while not having to perform any installation on the door. The bracket on the bar rests on the door molding plus your own bodyweight then pushes it into the top of the wall so that it doesn’t move. Once you are finished you can pull it back down plus throw it in a closet or beneath your bed. The pull up is the best exercise for building the upper back muscles to get a wide v taper. Doing variations of pullups from alternative grips can allow you to fully work the back and it’s also one of the perfect muscle building exercises for the biceps. If you need big arms you need to carry out reverse grip pullups.

There is a great way to turn the Iron Gym into a full on bodyfat burning workout. Once you take it off the door it rests on the ground and is excellent for doing deep pushups. For an added kick place your feet up and elevate them on a chair or bench. This can work the shoulders, chest, and triceps to tone them up or gain muscle depending on your goals. Pull ups plus pushups are also good movements for developing the abs. When in position there is a ton of stabilization of the core muscles and the abs get worked indirectly.

You can do circuit style workouts with the Iron Gym to offer yourself a fat loss bodyweight cardio routine. There are so many workout options for losing fat. Here is a sample routine you might do.

Wide Grip Pullups
Feet Elevated Pushups
Prisoner Squats
Hanging knee raises

This is just 1 quick circuit that you can run through three to 4 times within 15 minutes for a complete fat burning and muscle building workout from home. The possibilities are endless and the Iron Gym comes together with a workout book to provide you all the choices you need to workout from home.
